Accessible Archeology

Paestum, formerly an ancient Greek city, is now an archeological site in southern Italy (Wikipedia). The head of the site, Gabriel Zuchtriegel, was the first person today to move on the site's wheelchair accessible pathways. It is - for the first time - possible to enter an ancient Greek temple in a wheelchair. Zuchtriegel expressed great respect for all those who move with a wheelchair in a world in which still a lot needs to be done to make it more accessible (Napoli).
