Designing Empathic Conversations for Inclusive Design Facilitation
"Sometimes designers perceive inclusive design as a limiting factor. We wanted to steer away from this view from the start by taking a design approach in all our activities – by actually designing inclusive design activities. This approach was intuitively recognised by the design teams as a valuable part of their design process, and felt much closer to them than public consultations where people say something about design results."
